After dealing with so many issues from this bank since their so called upgrade. I'm now looking to close my account and switch everthing over to a new bank. The last straw was an arbitrary $350.00 debit from my account dating 9/29. They did not inform me and I don't even know what this is in reference to. I had thought that this was finally over as I had to go to the local branch several times because as my bills came through they had applied ACH stop payments on my mortgage, car and several credit card payments.
