This company is a rip off. I had to go through a long process to even cancel my services. First I had t o call then I had to fax a signed explanation on why I was canceling. I was told that I had to send back the terminal which I had no problem doing. I was not told anything about a 15 day window that if it was not returned then I would get charged 295.00 dollars until I called for the address to send the terminal back. I informed them I would be sending back the terminal to make note on my account and it should be there on Tuesday by UPS. The... read full review »
