I ordered a CD of Sarah Brighton Live in Vienna from Amazon on 9/6/09. I received a DVD instead from New World Brokers. I e-mailed a complaint to Amazon who then directed me to New World Brokers on 9/15/09. I immediately got a response from them saying Kindly return the DVD to: New World Brokers -- Ivan Martirena, 10459 S. Maplewood Ave., Chicago, Il 60655. The assured me they would ship me the CD free of charge immediately after I inform them of the return.
