I have been refunded now. After 1 and a half months of complaints, lost information, negligence and bad attitude from this company. They work on the premise that when you order flowers/chocolate/balloons from them for your desired recipient, that you won't be checking the recipient's recieved all of that you requested and paid for. They also probably hope the amount you're quibbling over is so small that you'll let them get away with it... I paid £5.99 for a box of Forrero Rocher that never got delivered... read full review »
