We employed builders to come and renovate my London flat from the North-East...they had previously one some work for people we knew and seemed ok. The head guy, Stephen Hughes, came down to look at the place and give me an estimate. We commenced work on 15th december 2008 at his insistence to get the place quickly so they could start.
