Due to a faulty item that was sent, I noticed that the company's refund/exchange policy was only 7 days. The first couple of e-mails I got a reply to but still the return address was not given. On several occasions after, they have not replied. To date they have still not replied and therefore I am now left out of pocket and have to pay £100 for air. read full review »
