Worst customer service EVER! They are just a shadow company and at the mercy of Reliant to do ANYTHING. I protested the horrendous billing post-Ike and received empty promises from Green Mountain. Suddenly I am in collections and have had NO communications from GM. I am going back to RELIANT who can actually DO something as simple as checking my meter for errors. You would be better to install a generator and doing it yourself versus using GM. USE SOMEONE ELSE - ANYONE! Oh and at least their energy is WAY EXPENSIVE too. Nice. read full review »
