Littlewoods keep adding extra charges to my account for sending me two letters I havent even recieved and a minimum payment fee. Even though I explained through a letter to them the payment would be late because my benefits had been stopped and i would pay £5 a week until I get it sorted out. They charged me £24 because of some letters they had sent me and £12 because of the late payment. I have already given them £90 this month.
