Ordered and paid for this product on 17 March, the website says product 'usually ships in 24-48 hours'. Eight days later my order is still 'in process', and the company is not responding to my emails to find out when or if I will receive this product (which I needed urgently). There is no phone number to contact them. I have tried to cancel the order on their website, but an automatic message prevents cancellation, saying they are 'too busy at this time to accept cancellations'.
