I agree whole heartedly with this compliant. I am having the exact same situation. Having to call several times to even make contact with a person. Appointments made and not kept. Faulty diagnoise of problems. Mis-communication with other service personnel. The list goes on. Really not satisfied with service provided, not provided. read full review »
