Ordered a sample and was charges $.99 to credit card. Sample was disppointing, and I cancelled further shipments by phone the same day. Additional charges appeared on my card for $89, $49 and $79. When I contacted their customer service, I was told that they were for additional products THAT WERE NEVER SENT, and that I was supposed to call them for a return code and return them at my expense.
