My Husband and I purchased an entire bedroom set from Mor Furniture in Feb 2008. The bed was cheaply made and has since broke and now my mattress is on the floor. The set is still under warranty but I am getting the run around by these idiots. A tech came out and told me it was indeed a manufacture defect and that the bed frame was poorly made. I guess he forgot what he told me because he told is supervisor that it is customer negligence.
