ordered trial product for $4.99...they shipped 2nd shipment and charged me $88.97. According to thier "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" if I called I could get return merchandise authorization # (RMA#) to return product for full refund within 15 days. They ignored my numerous emails and phone calls. I had to dispute on my credit card and I filed complaint with Better Business Bureau (whose phone calls were also ignored) by this company.
