After purchasing a few products I was constantly harassed to purchase new products, some of which I had already owned. I was always told of a new formula that made my current purchase obselete. after saying: No Thank You, I am all set: this women screamed at me that in fact I was not all set. They are still sending me a bill for a Septic Tank Warranty that I decined to renew and the bill itself threatens thtat it will be going to collections and my credt report will be damaged.
