I was contacted by ARM on Monday 10-19-09 and was told I was a co-signer on a default loan in the amount of $29, 000.00. The person calling was named Tracy. I told her I had never co-signed any loan and she refused to listen to me. She told me my current resident address and that she had driven by and it would suffice for a lien to satisfy the co-signed loan in default.
