I used Xoom.com for the first time (because of their low rates $4.99) to send money to Mexico for medicine for a child. This money was needed immediately. However, I misspelled the middle name of the recipient by a couple letters, and the recipient could not get the money from the bank in Mexico (Bancomer, a greedy Mexican bank). I was totally shocked that she could not get the money because her middle name was misspelled.
