First I was overcharged on my credit card, should have been 39.95 was charged 54.95...Then they do an "analysis" and tell me i need to have their tech dept fix the computer for $224. I said no, but they downloaded malicious trojan horse soft ware, which still has my computer in a bind, (microsoft security essential, full scan helped clean the mess up.)
