I found an ad on Craig's List placed by Liquation Depot for Plate Compactors. On September 27, 2009 I purchased two plate compactors at a cost of $380 each with a Green Dot Money Pak purchased at Krogers. Liquidation Depot would not accept a credit card or Pay Pal (this should have been a red flag).
