Washington Mutual/Chase called me after 8PM about a missed payment, and when advised that I pulled up the endorsed and cleared check online that was paid to WAMU, they said they could not help and I would have to call customer service. They refused to let me talk to a supervisor, saying he was "busy." I called customer service and advised them that the payment had been made and I can provide a pdf of the cleared check on time.
