Same story, backordered item that took longer to arrive than they said, and NO UPDATES at all. When it was damaged, they said that they ordered a replacement part, which they did not. Again, no updates on the replacement part. Finally, I contact the manufacturer, who made it right. I really think that they are adding in false "Wildly Positive" reviews to counter balance the true, horrible experience. read full review »
