We decided to purchase a home with Watson Realy and use Watson Mortgage for financing. We received a Good Faith Estimate on the total amount of money needed to close. The estimate was for approximately $8, 000. We signed this estimate. A week before the closing deadline (If we passed the deadline we would have to pay $100 a day), Brenden Jaco the person handling our mortgage, screwed up on his documents.
