This company, HEAT Automotive, is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered a remanufactured engine and was told it would arrive in 7-10 days. After two weeks I called to find out where the engine was. It took three more days before I finally got a call back - and that was only after threatening to cancel my order through the credit card company I used.
