I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sunday (yesterday) afternoon I bought a purse from there and this morning when I brought it to work I noticed that one of the handles was ready to come off. I brought it back to the store and wasn’t going to ask for a refund just a credit or another purse. At this point I was told by the owners that there are no refunds on purses and then they proceeded to blame me for ruining the purse. I mean really!
