My carepet was installed in April of 2009, I picked out a rather expensive carpet I was told how to care for the carpet to keep it looking fresh. My major concern was that I have carpet that did not matte and look run down. We do not wear shoes in the house I vaccum once each day and my carpet looks like I've had it for eighteen years. I know that I paid for the carpet I wanted but got some cheap crap they pulled off the truck, something has to be done about this!
