Without contacting an adjoining neighbor or running lines to determine property boundaries, Matt Spicer preceeded to tear up two feet past into a neighbors driveway and property when contracting work next door. When approached about infringement and damages, Spicers denied any wrongdoing. Spicer only ran a line to determine property bounderies after the damage was done and the neighbor inform him of the encroachment.
