When I called and inquired about the product and gave them the ages of my children 11, 13, and 14, I was told that they would benefit from the phonics and wordsmart programs. Once my youngest tried the phonics it was clear that it was way below her grade level. When I called to obtain a return authorization, the rep even stated that I should not have been sold the phonics because my children were too old for the program and stated that he would extend my trial period in order to try the wordsmart discs.
