The manger at the cell phone Kiosk at the sams club is very unfriendly, unprofessional. I was given a damaged product, when went back to return the manager at the kiosk was very rude and blamed me that i damged and brought the product back. Refused to take back the product. I am very much offended by the way kiosk manager spoke to me. Kiosk manager was un professional and doesn't care for the customer satisfaction. Offically lodged the complaint with the SAMs club manager. read full review »
