I was given a $15 off coupon from Kodak Gallery to be used by October 18th. I used the coupon appropriately but lo and behold was charged full price for the book. I spent two hours on the phone with them trying to get the issue resolved. They refused to credit my account $15 and refused to cancel my order. They said I could use the $15 on my next order.
