My husband and I agreed to install water purification system in our home, but the sales person never told us we'll have to maintain our system and how much it would cost. After the system was installed, the person who did the job told me that we would have to change parts each year and it would cost us approximately $400 per year. We called the company and told them we did not want system and wanted to cancel it (we had a 3 day cancellation policy).
