Unbelievable process. sent my watch in april with full payment. repair number 4948. After much complaining watch returned in August with none of the repairs performed; no tune up, no bezel, no new band; no refund. Complained to cutomer service and they told to send watch back as it was an oversight. they received my watch 9/1/09. It is now 10/26/09. I was issued a warranty numer; 10709.
