i called on the morning of 10/23/09 because my girlfriends tolet over flowed and flooded the house . the plumber called at 1130 am and said he could not come until monday afternoon on 10/26/09. i called you again that after noon and was told she would pass it on to the sales man.what kind of help is this warranty when she needed help now. her policy # is shw 8033 mine is shw 8009.i bought both the same time on 7/8/09.do i need to cancel both policy? read full review »
