I as user individual I ordered a background check on 10/15/09 from inteliGator. My understanding the charge for this service was $4.95 If I continued the service there would be a second charge 19.95 billed monthly On 10/19 there were two charges for $19.95 in addition to the initial charge of $4.95 on 10/15/09.
