some time ago I applied for a free catalog from the jamestown stamp company.Never received the catalog.I didn't think about it again figuring it was just some useless offer . I am now receiving collection letters from this rmcb company supposedly on behalf of the jamestown stamp company for something I ordered, received and did not pay for!
