These people are simply thieves. A simple repair to a pair of sunglasses was charged at $100. After a great deal of discussion it was agreed to drop the price to $45. When the glasses were returned they had not even been fixed. After we complained to the credit card company they said they would refund the card and carry out the repair for free. When we sent back the glasses they went back on the agreement and refused to even give us back our property unless we paid for them.
