I ordered a chair and ottoman on June 5, 2009. I was told it would take 16 weeks. In October, I called to inquire. Store Manager told me they lost the paperwork and would get back to me. I had to call her back after several hours and was told she was sorry to inform me that it was never ordered and my options were they could reorder or I could cancel. She further stated I may be able to get a discount that she would have to get approval for. She told me she'd call me back and to date I have not heard from her.
