I was given a an Only 1 card. It' a prepaid card and the purchaser paid $10 for the "privilege" to purchase it. When I called to "register" so that I could use it, I was first held on line for 45 min. before anyone answered. Then I was asked to give personal information - birthdate, social, etc. - This for a PREPAID card. I spoke with 3 different people - first Amanda, then her supervisor Richard, and then Charlie.
