I paid for my hot tub from ChooseHotTubsDirect.com in June 2009. I was told to expect it in early September September (they had to have it built in China, and shipped over). Early September came and went. I called. After numerous non-returned calls and email, they finally told me it would arrive by the end of September. It didn't. Then it was early October. Nope again.
