I bought a new house in August 2006 with a Kenmore flat top stove/oven already in place. Since then I have continually had to put the oven door back together because the screws that hold the door together, keep coming undone. In 2007 I had Sears come out and repair the door. The problem continues and because I did not call Sears every time the door came apart they are now denying any solution except to charge me to come back out and make the repair. This last incident actually caused injury(burn) to my wife. read full review »
