I own a Rain Soft water treatment unit. A few months ago my neighbor's property had minor flooding. She called a leak detection company to see what was causing the flooding. The leak detection company traced the problem to my Rain Soft unit which was improperly installed in violation of county code and malfunctioning directing water underground directly into my neighbor's yard.
