My wife attempted to cash a payroll check at Walmart. It came back unable to process. When contacting certegy they claimed that the reason for the denial was the maker of the check. My wife works for State Government I doubt they write bad payroll checks. This company is useless and has no good reason for denying some of they checks that they receive. read full review »
