Just tried to use AT&T Mobility's 411 Information Service and was bombarded by 30-second "press * to learn more" ads for consumer products . Unwittingly I pressed "*" thinking that would get me through the messages and INTO AT&T's information services, and suddenly found myself subscribed to CSW's www.ringtonetimes.com for $9.99 a month (!).
