He ignored our agreement and painted how and whatever he wanted. He painted my siding with a brush instead of a roller as agreed. His brush strokes look like he just slapped and dripped the paint on in all directions. He painted my factory-finish soffits, gutters and run off pipes the same way without priming as agreed.
