In 2005 I purchased a 2002 BMW 325Ci from Continental Darrien BMW dealership. This was a "Certified Pre-Owned" car and I was advised it was in mint condition with no accident record. I double checked CarFacts and indeed found no record of an accident. Switch to October 2009 - just moved to Seattle from southern California and had to have the car repaired and prepared for the Seattle winter. Durin the repairs the mechanic found a "water leak".
