I had been doing business with JTV snce 2007. At first, I believed everything they said on television and ate it all up. I spent several thousands on various items ranging from rings, necklaces, earrings, etc as well as gifts for friends and relatives. I even broke a CD once to buy their jewelry. They have sent me wrong items in the past which they were readily apologetic and immediately sent the correct items to me without me sending the wrong items back. Granted the wrong items were very inexpensive so I guess it wasn't worth the money... read full review »
