recorded message said it was the 2nd time they called (it wasn't), that the warranty on my car was about to expire and that I needed to talk to someone to renew it. They kept me on hold ( on my CELL PHONE) and then asked who I was when I got through to an operator. I told them THEY CALLED ME.
