Contracted with Ricky Smith, owner of Alabama Custom Counter Tops, for installation of new kitchen and bathroom counter tops in August 2009 with a promised installation date of two to three weeks. He has failed to show for two installation dates, does not answer phone calls, and has yet to return $2, 500 deposit. Based on this business' present performance I would HIGHLY recommend you seek other vendors for reliable quotes and installation. A friend who booked his services at the same time is experiencing exactly the same problem. It appears that legal steps must be taken to recover our deposits. read full review »
