I have been waiting for over a month for a refund for a product that they admit to have received on 9/26/09. I have made 3 seperate phone calls this month asking about my refund. All 3 resulted in being told that they would "write down my info and send it to corporate". The latter 2 both said that it has not been done yet, but they would.
