About two weeks ago our Maytag clothes washer stopped working. We called A & E and they sent a technician who arrived, inspected the unit, and ordered a part. He said when we received the part we should call back the 800 number and they would send someone to install it. I asked for his name or ID # but he refused to give it to me. The part arrived the next day. I called the 800 number and a couple of days later another technician arrived to install it. This technician did give me his name and ID #.
