We have spent more than $7, 500.00 with this company and have yet to have a reasonable experience with them. Incomplete paint, parts which do not fit into each other, Promises which are simply ignored (They promised an anodized finish but supplied a painted one), wrong tracking numbers, bad attitudes ("How should I know where your order is?"), and now, wrong size poles (87.5" poles which they admit should have been 93"). We never had this problem when we dealt with their competitor (RAKKS INC.) but chose to deal with these guys because their shipping charges are lower due to the fact that RAKKS is on the east coast. read full review »
