Failed to back up my pc when they performed OS upgrade. Critical data lost, non-retrievable. Paid them in full based on cost of upgrade only. They have since reported me to collection agency with ongoing harassment, e.g., telephone calls, faxes, emails, etc., for the remaining balance. read full review »
